I have worked in the mental health field since 2009. During my time in mental health treatment, I have focused my training and expertise on helping women improve self-worth and self-confidence after experiencing trauma of any kind but specifically interpersonal trauma.

This led to a focus on helping women improve self-confidence outside of therapy as well as building a community for women to be part of without fear of judgment or shame. I love to find opportunities to share what I teach my therapy clients to the general public.

I am EMDR certified, EMDR Consultant, and Facilitator in Training.

I develop offerings by truly listening to what the women I work with say they want and need.

From falling apart to whole and healing

I understand what my client’s are going through because I’ve been there. I am a person in long term recovery from long Complex PTSD. I experienced several different type of traumas from an early age.

Early in my healing process, I felt so alone, isolated, and broken. I don’t want anyone to feel that way and I believe sharing our stories reduced feelings of isolation.

I am EMDR certified, and EMDRIA Approved Consultant, and HAP Facilitator in Training, now offering consultation for EMDR certification.
